There is an ancient oil mill that still produces green and genuine extra virgin olive oil through its stone grinders. There is also a cellar where some of Diadema’s wines are aged as they once were and where you can learn to recognize grape varieties and then create your own wine. Not to mention the terracotta tiled pool that is nestled between the olive grove and the hills. Like all resorts, there is a world to experience and to discover within the Relais grounds.
