Its authentic ancient oil mill with stone grinder bears witness to Chianti’s countryside past. Here you can explore the oil mill and learn about the art of making Diadema extra virgin olive oil all year round. Between October and November, the heady scent of freshly pressed olive oil will accompany the journey of our guests.
