Diadema Wine Bar & Restaurant is the heart of our wine Resort with pool in Chianti and it takes its name from our wine production of which the Diadema is the highest expression.
The restaurant and its wine are born with respect for the territory: the Tuscan culinary culture here becomes art, offering a seasonal menu and vegetables from the resort’s kitchen garden to ensure guests only fresh and high quality products. In the estate, the land is cultivated with respect for tradition following the rules of organic farming. This method guarantees a great selection, a refinement of raw materials and a variety of excellence, reflecting, even in the kitchen, the care and attention paid to the customer. From the fields to the table, therefore: the products of our land are valued in an original way preserving the authentic flavors. The combination of dishes with the prestigious wines of our winery is a must. A combination in which passion, tradition, creativity and research meet, once again, to amaze and fascinate even the most demanding customers.
The restaurant of our food resort in Tuscany offers welcoming and elegant solutions for both lunch and dinner, depending on your needs, focusing on typical Tuscan specialties revisited with innovation and skill by our chefs: the classic ribollita, panzanella, peposo, the fresh pasta made with ancient grains and the truffle are just some of the precious elements that stand out from the menu. Guests can start the day with a tasty breakfast buffet or à la carte full of cakes, jams and bread produced on site, fresh seasonal fruit, cheese and a selection of sausages. They can also enjoy an informal aperitif, a break by the pool or, more simply, they can take a coffee at the bar, as to stick to the Italian tradition.
